"After moving into our townhome in 2013, we knew the kitchen layout and powder room placement didn’t make the best use of the space. Fast forward 11+ years when we were finally ready to renovate, finding the right partner was critical.

 Chris Ely quickly proved to be that partner. Drawing on his background as a builder, he helped us completely reimagine nearly 800 square feet - transforming a disconnected kitchen, dining room, hallway, and powder room into a cohesive, highly functional design. Through multiple design iterations and detailed, photo-realistic renderings, we were able to clearly visualize the end result before construction even began.

Equally valuable was Chris’s technical expertise. His comprehensive pre-construction plans - precise electrical, lighting, and plumbing layouts - kept every phase aligned and on track.  He also guided us through selecting cabinetry, countertops, appliances, with trusted vendors; and key to the project’s success, helped us secure the right general contractor to execute the work.

The result is a beautifully integrated space that far exceeds what we thought possible. Chris brought clarity, structure, creativity, and a commitment to excellence to our complex renovation and delivered on every detail. We could not have done this without Chris.
